In partnership with the University of Missouri Extension office, Family Nutrition Education Program (FNEP) offers a series of healthy eating classes with topics including: food preparation, shopping on a budget, healthy habits, reading food labels, gardening, and much more! Food samples, recipes, cooking utensils, etc. may be available at some of the classes.
